Light up the Town: Holiday Parade & Tree Lighting Ceremony
We welcomed in the holiday season on December 6 with our annual Light up the Town event.
The Town of Bloomfield officially ushered in the holiday season on Saturday, December 6th, with its annual Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony. The festive event saw local fire departments and community organizations gather to welcome the holidays and light up Town Hall. The holiday parade, which stepped off promptly at 6 PM, featured a vibrant procession of local fire apparatus and community groups. The highlight of the parade was the arrival of Santa Claus, who led the way aboard his signature classic fire truck. Following the parade, attention turned to Town Hall for the bright and festive Tree Lighting Ceremony. Once the town tree was illuminated, Santa Claus made himself available for photos, much to the delight of children of all ages.
